This crockpot recipe is soooo good!!!!
I found this delicious recipe at graciouslysaved.com.
What you need:
- 4-5 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 2 TBsp olive oil
- 2 TBsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- Feta (optional)
- Rice or burritos (optional)
Place chicken at the bottom of the crock pot. Mix taxo seasoning, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water- pour over chicken. Then pour tomatoes, corn, and beans into crockpot. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
To serve shred chicken, add feta (optional), and then serve with rice or on burritos (or nothing at all!).
