Bacon Swiss Cheese Dip

I had this for the first time when my friend Melissa made it. It was so good that I had to get the recipe from her! She actually got it from one of her friends, Casey. I asked if I could put in on my blog just in case it was a secret family recipe (it’s that good). Melissa laughed and said that Casey’s mom actually found it on her Alabama Power bill (who knew).

Anyways here’s what you need:
– 8 oz of reduced fat cream cheese
– 1 cup of reduced fat mayo
– 2 cups of Swiss cheese
– 12-16 oz of bacon cooked and crumbled
– 1/2 cup of crushed ritz crackers

Mix cream cheese, mayo and Swiss cheese. Add half the bacon. Spread into 7×11 dish. Top with other half of bacon then crushed ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!!
