You will love this rice! My friend Abby gave me the recipe. It is her husband’s favorite. Abby adapted this recipe from Allrecipes.com.
You will need:
- 2 cups uncooked long grain rice
- 1 can French Onion Soup
- 1 (8 oz) can of mushrooms drained (or fresh mushrooms)
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of beef broth (or 1.5 cups of beef broth)
- 1/2 stick of butter (I only use 1/4 stick)
- 1 can of beef consume
Mix everything together. Bake in a greased 9×13 pan at 350 degrees covered for an hour. For the last 10 minutes take the cover off to make it crispy around the edges. Thanks Abby!
